Who we are
Veloz Technologies ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@theveloz.com, [POSTAL ADDRESS].
What we collect
When you book a call through our Calendly calendar we receive your name, email and any answers you give in the booking form. When you use our contact form we collect your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), town or county, website and your message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our legal basis is your consent (given on the form) and, for clients, the performance of a contract. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Our form and email providers ([e.g. Netlify, Google Workspace]) process data on our behalf. Some of these providers, and our team, are located outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years to meet Irish tax requirements.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. [Update this section if you add analytics, a Meta pixel or a chat widget.]
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you use it, Calendly may set its own cookies and processes the details you enter to schedule the call, under Calendly's privacy notice. You can choose your cookie preferences in Calendly's banner, or email us to book instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@theveloz.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
